Ventura signs contract with new client iYogi
Ventura is pleased to announce it has signed a contract with a new client, iYogi, the world's fastest growing remote technical services company.
From its offshore contact centre in Pune India, Ventura is providing technical helpdesk services for iYogi's consumer and small business customers in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
iYogi selected Ventura as its outsource partner because of its high calibre of technical experts and ability to offer the necessary scale and flexibility for the rapidly growing service.
Ventura's Indian base in Pune is home to 44,000 graduates each year, providing a rich seam of highly qualified employees for the outsourcing company.
