Ventura receives a hat-trick of award accolades

It's been a busy few months for award announcements as Ventura receives three highly acclaimed accolades from leading industry award bodies recognising it's expertise in customer management outsourcing.

It was announced this month that Ventura had been highly commended following its work with the Pension, Disability & Carers Service in the Most Effective Training Programme category for their joint Management Development Academy initiative at the Customer Contact Association Excellence Awards dinner held in Edinburgh earlier this month.

This follows two further announcements as Ventura's Process Improvement Manager Paul Lister is recognised for his hard work and is highly commended in the Contact Centre Professional of the Year category at the National Customer Service Awards and is shortlisted for the ICS Front Line Manager award at the National Outsourcing Awards.
