Craig White appointed Operations Director
Ventura is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Operations Director, Craig White.
Before joining Ventura, Craig was Head of Collections and Recoveries for Barclays Retail Bank. Prior to this he was chief operating officer and quality director for GE Money Loans UK, where he was responsible for the overall loans operations from new business to debt collection in the UK.
As Operations Director, Craig has ultimate responsibility for the delivery of service excellence throughout Ventura's operational business units.
Craig also has responsibility for managing client relationships and strategic development of the contact centres across our six sites in Yorkshire, Milton Keynes and Cardiff.
